Hello! I'm Carlos Ouro and i live at Cartaxo, Portugal.
I've studied physics at IST but didn't get to finish it as i started working as a Web Developer for WaveWeb at Siemens Portugal. One year later i became Senior Developer and since May 2008 me and Telmo co-founded 9tree where i currently watch over our development labs.
I love challenging projects and hate monotony.
